Who we are

Quratic is operated by Eberything Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR ("we", "us", "our"). References to Quratic in these terms mean the service provided by Eberything Limited.

Agreement

By accessing Quratic at app.quratic.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

Quratic is an AI Query Analytics Platform — scheduled monitoring of how brands appear in AI platform responses across selected markets and models.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quratic to scrape platforms in violation of their terms, attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell access without authorization, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Online purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record on our behalf. Downgrading may deactivate prompts exceeding the new plan's limits. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy.

Data and accuracy

AI responses change frequently. We provide monitoring tools, not guarantees of accuracy. Gemini API responses may differ from logged-in web experiences.

Limitation of liability

Quratic is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Quratic, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
