Refund and cancellation terms for Quratic subscriptions sold through Paddle.

Overview
Thank you for purchasing Quratic. Eberything Limited (Hong Kong SAR) is the supplier of the service. Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for online purchases of Quratic subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel a subscription, and how to make a request. It supplements our Terms of Service. Where local consumer protection laws grant you mandatory rights, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.
Paddle's buyer refund policy also applies to your purchase and is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy . If there is any inconsistency between this page and Paddle's policy for a given transaction, Paddle's policy governs that transaction.
Free trial
Quratic offers a free trial with no payment details required. We encourage you to evaluate the product during the trial before subscribing to a paid plan.
Global refund policy
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis if you submit a request within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within that period does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant subscription will cease.
Statutory consumer rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply and override this policy. Examples include statutory cooling-off periods in the European Union / EEA / United Kingdom, and similar rights in other countries. Paddle applies the applicable rules for your country of purchase as described in Paddle's Refund Policy .
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a refund or cancel
To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, contact Paddle using one of these methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email.
- Visit paddle.net and select the request refund option.
- Open the billing portal from your Quratic account: Manage billing in the app.
If eligible, refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible, typically within 14 days of approval.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after that period ends. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless required by law or approved by Paddle under its refund policy.

Technical issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using Quratic as described, contact hello@quratic.com first so we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, request a refund through Paddle as described above. Where there is evidence of a material defect, Paddle may issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the service may be suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last published.
