Quratic is operated by Eberything Limited (Hong Kong SAR). In this policy, "we", "our", and "us" mean Eberything Limited. We operate the quratic.com marketing website and the app.quratic.com application. This policy describes how we handle personal information.

The data controller for personal information collected through Quratic is Eberything Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR.

Information we collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and organization details when you sign up.
• Usage data: Prompts, workspace settings, and analytics you configure in the product.
• Payment information: Processed by Paddle (merchant of record); we do not store full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies for authentication and security.

How we use your information

We use your data to provide the service, process billing, send transactional emails, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

Data storage

Application data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Raw AI responses are stored in encrypted object storage.

Third parties

We use Supabase (auth and database), Paddle (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (sentiment analysis), and Fly.io (background processing).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@quratic.com. Where applicable, you may also have rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
